Or try talking about Greenland and Iceland. Years ago, there was a special (Discovery Channel, I think) that dealt with the ancient Moche civilization in what is now Peru. The archeologists kept finding bodies buried in mud at a site on the coast. The climate archelogist working in the Andeas conluded that there were decades of rain and drought that caused the Moche to collapse. This special is nowhere to be found these days. Funny that.
