I try not to write much about national issues - there's plenty of people doing that already, and not nearly as many writing about Wisconsin and local issues, so I try to stick to that.
That said, last night's debate is the big topic today, so that's what I wrote about over at Lance Burri.
Of course, while I was writing, the campaigns were already doing what I was suggesting they would do. Check out www.gop.com for Kerry's Top Ten Flip-Flops, and www.democrats.org for a sorta-montage of funny faces President Bush made during the debate.
That's odd. The Republicans are going after the things Kerry said, but the Democrats can only make fun of the President's looks. Wonder what that means.

Blowing it out of proportion? I'm just wondering what it means. Is somebody getting a little defensive? Perhaps a bit touchy for some reason? Another year notched on the old walking stick, perhaps?
