Nader's back on the ballot.

JS Online: Justices return Nader to ballot

Nine hours after attorneys argued the case before the justices, the court issued a terse ruling just before 7 p.m., saying the state Elections Board acted properly last week in putting Nader and running mate Peter Miguel Camejo on the ballot. The order vacated a Dane County circuit judge's decision striking them from the ballot.

Well, the Elections Board does have a long history of looking the other way on minor discrepancies, and even major ones sometimes.

I still think incompetence should not be rewarded, but I will also hang onto these articles for the next time Democrats are whining about ballot access.
