I heard an interesting commentary today.

If Saddam had no weapons of mass destruction;

... Saddam had no links to al-Qaida;

... Saddam bore no responsibility for 9/11;

Then... It was the wrong war at the wrong time;

And therefore, Saddam should be released and given his army and his country back.
