“We make men without chests and we expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and we are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and bid the geldings be fruitful."- C.S. Lewis in The Abolition of Man
Santa Claus' surveillance home entry tactics far exceed anything in the Patriot Act. (I believe that he is selling information to the Department of Homeland Security.) He shows an unhealthy interest in little children, and overworks the vertically challenged as well as animals. His corpulence does not allow normal medical detection techniques driving up health care costs. And worst of all, his caricature is based on a Christian saint.
Seriously, how can people celebrate Islam, Vodoun (Voodoo), Wicca and other forms of paganism and repress, or oppress, Christianity?
I'm inclined to let them have their say, and even - in the case of the Eastern Religions - help them do it to a degree, but I don't understand the particular antipathy to Christianity.

"We try to be sensitive to the fact that we are a very diverse community and a very diverse world," said Rogers.
Funny. In order to celebrate diversity, we have to suppress diversity.

Sorry, I'm slow sometimes.
