Finally... The U.N. Takes a Stand

I personally don't have any history with Tequila, but have often seen its effect upon others. Maybe it should have been placed on the 'Terrorist List' instead.
Now, Steve, let's be fair. As a former consumptor(is that a word?) of te-kill-ya, I can honestly say, I never did anything stupid after consuming mass quantities. Like, when I was discharged, I had 8 double shots of cuervo gold before I got on the plane. Slept all the way home! There are benefits. ;-)
