“We make men without chests and we expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and we are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and bid the geldings be fruitful."- C.S. Lewis in The Abolition of Man

Kitty Humor
A line from a Ben Stein article in The American Spectator:
"...I walked into the kitchen where my wife had left the radio going with NPR to amuse the cats."
Just to find out what I was missing I tried to find NPR on the old radio dial.
I turned it to the right and found Rush. I turned it to the left and when I couldn't turn it any more left, I found NPR. It was next to a station with dead air. Must have been Air America.
