Eww. That last image of the sow's ear just... eww.
I don't particularly like this news. It just doesn't bode well for an already stretched thin economy when the government is coming to the rescue of everyone by printing money.
What gets me is the stock market seems to like it overall. Though I see via the ExactPrice widget that today gold is starting to take off. I don't know if that's good or bad or just a sign that investors are seeing all these FED moves as dangerous in the long run.
