Rule 5 Submission- Pity Entry
Russia's Yelena Isinbayeva, 2 time Olympic champion, 2 time World champion, and World record holder in Women's pole vault, choked in this year's Championships in Berlin. In her 3 attempts she cleared zero meters, which translates to zero feet, zero inches in the English system of measurement. This was so shocking it was considered analogous to Usain Bolt missing the podium in the 100 meter dash.
