Terminological Clarification

Technical Vernacular
There has been a great amount of discussion, debate, argument , and protest concerning Democrat controlled Congress and White House promotion of health care reform. The bill generally in question is the one ready for floor vote in the House of Representatives. It is numbered H.R. 3200 and is sponsored by Rep. John Dingell of Michigan. This is apparently also the bill which President Obama is promoting.

Since this bill is sponsored by Dingell and its greatest backer is President Obama, I will strive for clarity when speaking of it. From now on this legislation will be referred to as 'The Dingell-Barry Bill.' This should help avoid any confusion as to the subject under discussion.

Longevity Abatement Act and
Healthcare Prevention Bill are two other common terms.

I've been calling it ObamaKill, but I like where you're going with it.

I don't have much readership, my blog is mostly for me and a couple close friends (per Richard's description of his own blog, I say mine is in the 'low severals'), but I added Grandpa John's to my blog roll and highlighted this link in a post yesterday.

Thanks for the laugh!
