63 year old Jane Doe (name not released as of yet) was driving down South 12th Street in the quiet Wisconsin village named Watertown. It was early afternoon and the traffic was light. Ms. Doe checked her rear view mirror... and quickly checked it again:
A single engine Piper aircraft was not only tailgating... but gaining... fast!
Ms. Doe was unhurt. The pilot and passenger were also unhurt.
Just a regular October afternoon in sleepy little Watertown.
