Americans attempting to sign up for the ACA, Affordable Care Act or ObamaCare, have been having a very difficult time since its inception. However, the sign up for the other ACA, Affordable Cartel Act or ObamaGun, has been glitch free.
Below is a photograph of Mexican citizens viewing a confiscated stash of cartel weapons, some of which were obtained through the Affordable Cartel Act after the murder of more Mexican citizens.
