“We make men without chests and we expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and we are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and bid the geldings be fruitful."- C.S. Lewis in The Abolition of Man

Lance
I think we need a new rule. Everybody's got to post at least once each week.
Saw a new bumper sticker: Republicans for Voldemort. Ha.
A "bumper sticker" is a sign, usually small and placed on the rear of a vehicle, containing some message. Many are humorous in nature, and especially at this time of year many have a political message.

Oh, you mean it's a blog on a bumper?
AND... a posting a week? But, but... the dog ate my posting!
God, you people! And I worry if I don't get in two posts a day!
Al, OCD is quite a common problem... perhaps medication...
AND... who is this 'God' you mentioned?
It's a verb: command-form.
Al, your grammar is atrocious. The correct conjugation of the imperative verb of which you speak is gawddamm, golldern, and dadburn.
By the way, where may one go to read your posts?
Al's posts are here: www.oldwhig.blogspot.com/. Mr. Pterry and I both have links to him, too.
You'll like him, Steve. He uses LOTS of big words.
Agh! You guys need to use a different server for you comments. It took me five minutes to get in here.
Thank you, Lance, for answering for me. Though I thought I was trying to use simple English on my posts.
I actually like Steve's long posts, and I wish he'd to more (without worrying about their length).
I'm in denial about OCD, so I don't know what you're talking about.
