Wind Power Would Destroy the Planet
Precise calculations by the scientists in our secret basement laboratory have shown that wind generated electrical power would have several negative unintended consequences for the planet.

Don't worry, they'll never get built. I don't have a link for you, but the Wall Street Journal had a piece a couple of months ago about how environmentalists are suing to stop the building of the transmission lines needed to bring the power from whatever godforsaken windswept plain the windmills generate it at to where people can actually use it.
Gotta love 'em!
It also kills seagulls and bats too!
