Mr. Speaker, at least two people were killed and 11 others wounded in violence across Chicago overnight, most of the victims from just two shootings on the West and South sides in Congressman Bobby Rush's district. It is an American tragedy.
Too often this violent act is repeated in the Democrat streets of our nation.
Racial profiling has to stop. Just because someone wears a hoodie, does not make them a hoodlum. Just because someone is young and wears a hoodie does not make them a hoodlum. Just because someone is a young Darth Sidious and wears a hoodie does not make them a hoodlum.
A hood on the head does not mean a hood in the head.
Your Majesty, if I am elected, I promise to put an end to corruption.
